Not Unlocked
The item description states that the phone is unlocked, however, it is only for Verison. The item description is inaccurate and does not work for me. I had to return it and pay shipping for it.

Outstanding phone at an outstanding price
I have owned two LG cell phones previously and I'm very happy with the brand and the product they produce. I did my homework and made sure that this G7 thinQ would work well with T-Mobile, and make sure that I would get T-Mobile phone calls when connected to Wi-Fi. RE-CELL -- the Amazon seller -- provided absolutely top-notch, Best in Class customer service as I made sure I was making the best purchase, getting a product that was going to work exactly like I needed on my network and have all of the RAM and storage that I needed. RE-CELL also sent me a product that had been checked out, came with new cords and charger block and other things inside the box -- I'm just absolutely thrilled with the customer service and the trustworthiness. All of the software on this LG G7 thinQ excellent, with basically no bloatware. Everything worked correctly. It was already updated when it arrived to me, and that made things easier as well. Connecting my business email provider's Microsoft Exchange email platform on the built-in email client was a little problematic but eventually I got it to work after a few hours. I cannot recommend this product and seller enough!

Very bad condition phone. Had a lottt of scratches on screen and also wear and tear

Not unlocked.
Claimed to be unlocked, sent email about it and they claimed they've never had this problem with the product, after looking at the reveiws this is a prevalent issue.

The phone works great. Sure its a few generations old, but the price for the feature set it can't be beat... plus newer flag ship phones are too large, and newer phone that are the same size are lacking in features.
