great to re-set after a wax worm infestation
My hive was destroyed by wax moths and I had to scrape it to the box and frames. To re-set after the loss, I put a couple of ounces of this on top of a page of newspaper on the top of the hive. Covered it up and let it sit a few weeks to permeate the works. The smell is gross, but the efficacy is proven. Wax moths can't stand the smell but at the same time, the bees don't register it.I've placed a lure and will hope for a new swarm in spring. Meanwhile, I know that no crummy moths will be getting back in to wreak more havoc.

Gets rid of moths
No more holes in my sweaters with this old-fashioned product. The smell can be overwhelming when I opened the closet or chest where I store my woolen, but that is why it works.

as shown in picture these are moth balls not crystals.
Many reviews state that they received moth balls instead of crystals. I have ordered multiple times and have gotten the crystals every time as advertised. I live in a secluded area where there are rude people who walk their dogs to the end of the culdesac, let them poop, and don't clean it up. I sprinkle these around the edge of the yard and they don't like the smell so they keep walking until they find a better smelling place to poop. Awesome stuff and doesn't kill the grass so far.

Might also be known as Skunk BeGone
Can't attest to keeping moths away, but seems to be smelly enough to repel a skunk that's been visiting our place. A little goes a long way as pretty strong odor. Better to use outside if not going to be around for a day, Few granules in open mouse holes seem to make them go away as well. Haven't seen new digs.

Keep rodents from nesting in outdoor equipment
If you have farm or outdoor equipment, all critters want to build their nests in the engine shroud, under the ignition wires and other places that I can't even reach or see. This can cause an array of issues for the equipment and for the critters. We fill part of a sock or mesh bag with the crystals. The scent can be picked by me 20 feet away. But the scent range for mice and critters is much farther. I can say not only we no longer have mice in the equipment, but the entire barn is roden-free. It works great! Not harmful, safe to use, and effective!
