I used them as party bag fillers instead of plastic toys and it was absolutely the best choice. It is lightweight so perfectly safe and you can adjust the size of the rope very easily. It is suitable from over 2 years to 6 years old in my opinion. As you can see on the photo, two 3 year old enjoying their skipping rope.
