As a retired Chef, I appreciate commercial implements. The New Star #2 can opener is a prized member of my home kitchen. I wonder what took me so long to get one?

This can opener doesn't cut straight up and down, so the can has to be tipped sideways a little in order for the blade to hit the can.A lot wimpier than a different one I had purchased.

Used just a few times but oh how much better than any hand held ones. Love it
