I enjoy using this steamer for many reasons. It’s super easy to set up with the resting ring I purchased to use on most any size pot. The tiers give me multi steaming abilities and makes easy to steam more. The lid’s dome shape seems to redirect the hot air to circulate so I think it steams faster. It’s perfect for my use.

The smells of this thing in use make it worth it before you even take the first bite of what you're steaming. I have a rice cooker with a steam basket. And there's other ways of steaming things as well. But beyond just frozen veggies you want to have a purpose made solution. So why not get a bamboo one. These stack right up on whatever you want to use from pots to woks. The bamboo smells amazing while steaming. It traps and breathes out just the right amount of steam and heat. It steams each layer evenly in my experiences. It just plain works. Eventually you'll be cutting out your own liners and you always have to make sure no food is spilling anywhere but on those liners. But these are not hard things to accomplish and the thing should last you years. Big thumbs up.

Ever since I saw my best friend steaming dim sum dumplings in one of these cookers (I love Chinese!), I've been trying to remember to get one of these.Finally I just got this steamer and there were a bunch of recipes online I found that I have been saving for this moment. The dumplings came out smooth and evenly cooked, even though I was worried I'd mess up my first time out.The four sheets of separator parchment paper came in handy since I ran out of wax paper and forgot to buy more before using this. Definitely helpful with the needed paper for the dumplings.I also love the sturdy quality and fresh bamboo scent of this product. The instructions included in the box give directions on use and care, which is good for a newbie like me.Very pleased.

This steamer is made very well. Most come with all kinds of extras that you really don't need. All you need is a high quality steamer. This one comes with a laminated sheet telling you how to care for it and more. The insides of the baskets are slats not like some that are crisscrossed which I found to be not as good as the slated ones. It is easy to use and comes boxed with some parchment liners. The size is ideal as well.

For the price, this is well made and sturdy. I dropped it from 3ft off the ground and there was no damage. I've only used it a few times so far, but I have no issues using or cleaning it.

I watched Disney’s Pixar short film by Domi. Wonderful idea to put a you tube video of it on how to make BAO. My granddaughter was exstatic when we experienced an authentic dish. Thank you! The bamboo steamer was perfect!! Love it!

I like the sturdy design on this one- way more solid than my last steamer that was constructed with twine that came loose after a while. This 10 inch steamer has thicker planks and slats and is glued together and looks like it can hold together better inside my kitchen cupboard with the pots. The extra steamer papers are a nice touch too.
