Product is defective and I didn’t even get a battery had to purchase one and the little door that opens so that you can see what you are recording it’s messed up

I thought I lost my camera, while on vaca. I order a replacement, because am use to burning on a dvd. I found my camera, and now I have two. I plan use both of them in rotation, while the other is finalizing.

This SONY product records any memory you like and creates a small dvd you can play on most dvd players in STEREO! I'm surprised these dvd camcorders weren't as popular as they should have been. No, they're not in HD but are very good in standard definition. Think of it as DVD instead of VHS. Get the picture.

This is a old but good Handycam. It is in good color. The discs that came with it were not correct, but it is still possible to get them and it takes good pictures in good color.

Works like a charm and can finally record stuff again

Worst product ever. It won’t even turn on. Nothing from that system seems to be functional. The DVD slot won’t open. The camera won’t turn on. A waste of time to return it too all the way to Newark and on taxi to the Amazon ground, difficult to find drop off office in the Amazon drop. No label or indication where the office is located in the building. It costs $40 on taxi to find that place and locate the office to drop it in person.

The only thing I wish it would have is a lite shoe on top of the video camera for a video lite.
