TRIPP LITE Cat6/5e White Wallplate Keystone Jack, Punch-Down/RJ45 F TAA GSA (N238-001-WH)

Jacks worked as advertised. You need a punchdown tool and a small set of flush cut wire cutters to cut the wires at the terminal and allow the cap to slip on. Of course, you can purchase one of the expensive punchdown tools with a cutter and do it the professional way. I installed 20 of these units in my office in both the computer and phone network. I used a throw away punchdown tool (~$5) and they all worked fine.

These are good quality, and all received worked. Color coding (A vs B) is easy to read vs some of the other brands out there. Fit great into Keystone plates. Would use again.

Using these jacks in my home networking project with 6E cabling for gigabit Ethernet. No problems whatsoever!The appearance of the product I received differs slightly from the product picture: the CAT 6 label on the front is embossed, not colored and in larger print. There is also a detached cover that snaps over the punch slots that is not pictured. They came packaged individually in plastic bags, perforated for easy opening.

Directions would have been helpful. Device was fine though.

Used my Paladin 110 punch down tool (with cutter) and installation was a snap. All six worked perfectly the first time. They fit perfectly into the Shaxon and Icarus keystone wallplates.

2 of the 4 I bought did not work....Went to Home Depot and bought Leviton's and they worked perfectly!! Do not buy these!!
