Having read others reviews I was a little worried, however, I took a chance as this is exactly what I needed for working from home and didn't really want to spend any more.A nice surprise then, when it arrived well packaged and with all parts and panels intact. Yes, it's cheap and if you inspect the veneer closely there's a few small gaps and dog ears on corners you'll see imperfections. However, you really won't notice in daily use and once put together it's sturdy and can easily hold my laptop and additional monitor for work with ease.It took me around 30 minutes to put together and all the necessary screws/dowels etc were present and nothing was missing. Easy to move to its final location in the kitchen as well.The drawer is fine and big enough to hold some A4 pads, pens, my wireless mouse and cables for my set up when not in use. It's not deep enough to accommodate a full size keyboard so do bear this in mind if it's something you're considering.To sum up, it's a cheap desk and therefore don't expect expert carpentry levels of finish with the panels. But it's perfect for what I need and once put together, it feels solid and up to the job of allowing me to work comfortably from home.I do sympathise with those who've had issues - but I can only speak of my own experience and for me this offers good value for money and I'm pleased I took a chance on this one.

To start the packaging is only fair, with not much in the way of protection for the weighty contents.There's no protection even of paper in between some panels too and as a consequence some were marked, though fortunately no too much although one drawer front has an irritating faint line mark down it.There was a fair bit of glue drop marking on some of the surfaces too but mostly they've come off and where they haven't it's not too noticable thanks to the pattern, and I'm grateful here that I didn't go for a plain colour option (this is a dark woodgrain type of finish).The instructions are quite good and presented in a stapled-together printed A4 sheet format but sometimes you have to be very observant and make certain of the orientation of parts as you go. The build then is quite straightforward and doesn't take long at all, and there's a tube of glue included to add strength. Which is certainly just as well in the case of the drawers which are of the horrible fold, glue and hope variety with a few dowels holding the seperate fronts so there's no strength to the design at all, but then at this sort of price I suppose it is to be expected. And it's not as if they're big enough to put much in.Swedish-designed it certainly is not, and I will be amazed if it lasts for long enough to get passed down the family but at this budget it's okay.Not good, not poor, but acceptable.And where else are you going to get a dark grey woodgrain-effect desk for so little outlay?If you're used to building flatpack furniture this won't be a problem as long as you follow the instructions exactly, and it shouldn't take much above an hour or so to build on your own either.Once built it's reasonably solid except for the drawers, but in fairness these are no worse than any other budget flatpack furniture.

This is a great home office desk. The dimensions are exactly as described; the desk fits well even in a small room. It looks very good, the drawers are very handy. A sturdy desk, and easy to put together. Quick delivery. I would recommend this.

I realise this is a cheap desk, however for the money you pay you do have a right to expect much better quality. Some of the wooden pegs were coated in dried glue, rendering them useless, the drawer did not fit properly onto its runners, needing to be bashed on with a lot of force, marring the wood of the drawer, and when finished there is a sizable gap between the top of the desk and the back panel, this is not a well fitted or well crafted piece of furniture. The finished product is far from sturdy, do yourself a favour and avoid this waste of wood and money.

Product was damaged when received; was asked to return but its way too heavy. Improvised with fixing it; glue and nails! Not ideal but return options were poor! I would have expected them to organise a pick up.

Excuse the mess been having a sort out today! I built this by myself with the help of my 3 year old... lol. It is as easy to build and I hate DIY so it was easy lol. It’s beautiful love the colour and already recommended it to others who I know have purchased it. No complaints at all

The grey finish looks very good and has nice strong, silver drawer handles. It's a good size for home or office.There is no text with the instructions, just illustrations and numbers mainly. I found that it was easier and quicker to assemble drawers first, then fix runners, then all other fixings including dowels, before starting to assemble. (It helps to lay out all of the screws and other fixings, as knowing the quantity of each does help when following instructions.)There are times when two people would be handy but, it can be done by one person.I've no idea, however, the use of the little plastic L shaped pieces which have a small screw passing through them. When fixing as instructed, all they do is force the underside of the desk top away from the uprights causing a gap which wont close up again even when struck with a rubber mallet.The screws which connect the drawers to the runners, appear too short but are not, they could NOT be any longer. (Be mindful at all times which is the front and which is the back as the desk has to be assembled upside down.)All in all, I'm very pleased with this product.

El montaje un poco difícil,pero una vez montado queda espectacular,la habitación ha cambiado al 100%.Me encanta!

La mesa cumple su función. Se nota que no es de calidad excelente pero tp lo esperaba. En contra de alguna reseña que había leído, la mesa llegó sin ningún desperfecto y estaba perfectamente embalada.

Livré en très bon état, super bien emballé. Colis TRÈS lourd.Facile à monter (en 1h à deux). Ce bureau a l’air plutôt solide ! Des caches sont prévus pour les vis apparentes. Nous avons prit le bureau en gris, il est un peu trop clair c’est dommage, mais la qualité est top.Seul défaut : les tiroirs ne s’alignent pas, ne rentrent pas tous de la même façon, donc ça se ferme en escalier et c’est dommage...Prévoir un tourne vis et un marteau !
