I have meibomian gland dysfunction (read: perpetual dry eyes) and get good relief from a warm wet compress, but those require multiple trips to the microwave and are impractical for traveling. So I've been looking for a product like this for months. Don't bother with other similar products - this is the winner. It gets and STAYS hot. Plus, it has the heft to sit against my eyelids where it's needed, and the smooth texture is really nice. I also love the lavender aromatherapy, though it's not for everyone. Highly recommend for anyone with dry eyes.

My opthalmologist diagnosed me with blepharitis and as part of my routine I have to heat my eyelids for a few minutes each day. A wash cloth doesn't stay warm long enough to be effective. THIS! This is wonderful! The natural lavender is a bonus. In the evening, especially, it is so relaxing. I don't want to get up to wash my eyes. Even if I didn't need this for medical reasons, this would be something great just for relaxing.

Heated Eye-Mask IS EXCELLENT! Heats to 5 levels with a timer, and adds just enough moisture. Apply an eye moisturizer and put on the eye mask - VIOLA! An at-home totally therapeutic eye treatment! Covers eyes completely and very comfortably. Has a little extra material 'flap' at bottom of eyes to pull down and adjust for full eye coverage. Can pull up to to apply to help calm stress for forehead. Adjustable head strap. Maybe plug into an extension cord for added length for comfort to move about in the bed. Slight lavender scent is very calming and just enough to help relax. GREAT Product! USB plug needed. Also has a nice pouch to put in to tuck away or for travel.

Love this product! For over 10 years, I have been getting severe headaches during the dry winter months. Any type of heat from a fireplace, oven, car heater, heat in public transportation, commercial heating systems and home furnace - amy type of heat can bring on a severe headache in just minutes. The headaches will last for 5 - 7 days and total drain me. I have been to several doctors and no one can find the cause or a treatment. Most recently, sjogrens syndrome seems to be the only explanation. When I feel a headache coming on I use this mask and it really works, the only relief that I have found as once the headaches start I haven't found a medication that will provide any relief. Very thankful and wish I had this years ago.

I love the mask, and it is very comfortable. It completely blocks out all light so it's a good sleep mask in general. It heats up pretty decently on level five and feels like it gives plenty of heat to the eyelids. My only complaint about it is that it doesn't seem to be getting rid of my blepharitis, which is why I gave it four stars out of five. Your mileage may vary. The mask is nice even if you buy it just as a sleeping mask. Put the timer on for anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes and fall asleep comfortably. The Mask will block out all the light and shut off automatically. As for blepharitis, I'm not finding that it is reducing inflammation in my case. It does make the eyes feel better overall, but the swelling is always there. I'm going to keep using it and hope that it eventually works. I brought some eye drops off of a competitor's website which contain castor oil organically. I spoke with my opthamologist who said that she thinks that will be okay to use. If I can remember to I will write back if it works. Peace.

I ordered this because my ophthalmologist told me to put heat over my eyes to help with dry eye. The microwave option mask was just too clumsy, so I ordered this! After using it (and using eye drops) I had another eye exam and my doctor noticed a significant improvement in my dry eye condition. Not only did it help this issue, it is just a calm way to fall asleep. I highly recommend this!

I bought this product because I was getting 1 use steam eye masks and then the place I was getting them from stopped carrying them. The appeal of a reusable version of a product I already liked seemed like a win win. This eyemask is AMAZING! I am on a computer for most of my day and my eyes feel the strain. I like the adjustable heat setting as well as the time settings...if there was one thing I had a little bit of a problem with is that the timer doesn't have a 15 minute setting but it's only a minor thing. Overall a great and helpful product that I love!

Like that it warms up quickly and is plenty warm enough to get the job done.I could have used without the lavender fragrance as I'm sensitive to fragrance, but it wasn't overbearing at all.

It fits well and heats up really nice. I have t used the lavender insert yet, but I’m looking forward to it!

Came super fast. Ordered Saturday night recieved it Monday. Pakaged nicely . Then discovered that the silk side of mask was dirty you could actually see the impression of eye lid oil. So gross very very disappointed. I turned it on high and the heating was seriously minimal one side worked not the other so upset ...

It's really nice, but you can only set the timer for 20, 40 or 60 minutes. Otherwise it's great and gets plenty warm enough for me.

Warmed up very well, packaging was nice and came with a carrying case. The lavender smelt amazing, it was like being at a spa.
