Q: Do they leave streak marks or graininess just as promised?

No the colour blends, leaving an even colour. There is also a blender in the pack for smoothing different colours together. Hope that helps. My daughter loves them for illustration.

Q: are they alcohol based?

Not sure if they are alcohol based but they do have "health hazard labelling" ASTM D-4236

Q: Are these Tianhao markers rebranded as shuttle art?

I don't know who makes them. I've been using them during lockdown as they're brilliant when you want to sit outside and don't want to set up the paints. Results are great although some colours do fade back slightly but I'm very pleased with them. I also bought a set that has 80 colours in it so more even more choice.
