Makes my hair and nails grow really fast and strong!
This magnesium is amazing!! I decided to start taking it to help with my migraines and I was looking for a vegan pill. The price was right for this. After a few weeks, I started noticing how thick and strong my nails were becoming. ...something I wasn't even expecting from a magnesium supplement. I had also been trying to grow my hair out forever it seemed and it was actually getting long very quickly! I thought maybe it was the fact that I had a magnesium deficiency. Once I ran out of my first bottle, out of convenience I bought a cheaper brand at the grocery store. That was a big mistake. My nails started getting brittle again. I ordered this brand off of amazon again...and boom nails and hair growing long and strong! I had tried biotin and expensive hair products and everything...and nothing works like this magnesium. I am a fan for life!

Stinky wet mess
Our vegan magnesium capsules came in a single bag with floating smelly liquid - it was disgusting it came from the shipper this was not from Amazon but from the shipper - We want a total refund from the shipper
