I had three handsets with this Panasonic Answer machine set I wanted another so bought this one to match the model on the answer machine. This came quickly was packaged nicely with clear easy instructions on the handset; I placed it on the answer machine base and it set up like magic; all phone numbers are in the new addition and the sound is loud and clear so far. It cost $50 but seems worth it. I give it 5 stars.

We are using this product with one landline and two mobile (cell) phones. We just wanted to replace an older Panasonic cordless system that had four handsets, but got this model primarily for of the Link2Cell and Robocall blocking feature. Both features seem to work well. I guess the robocall blocker is limited to robocalls coming in on the landline, but I'll be happy with that. It seems to work well. Like other software-based products, this one has a lot of features that cannot all be learned in one sitting. We are satisfied after a couple of weeks of use.

i had a panasonic cordless system when I bought this one. The batteries and started to wear out. I had replaced some batteries and the old system was working OK. Well this system is even better! I didn't know it had a feature that made callers press a number or the call won't go thru. The first ring doesn't sound, so you don't hear a thing. NO MORE ROBO CALLS. Also other new features. All the headsets blink if you have a message. When someone leaves a message, it plays on all the headsets if you want to monitor. Other features too. Giving my old set to charity as it works fine, but I am delighted. I was getting 4 or 5 robo calls a day on a land line and nothing was stopping them..

Bought this phone to add to my current base unit. Texted with support to get the phone to register with my current base unit. Very helpful, registered in only minutes.

It came is a plastic shipping bag, no bubble wrap, a huge scratch across the screen and had the belt attachment already on the phone. The Phone doesn't work, it won't register to the base. It's going back.
