Super soft notebook. Love it!
I'm very happy with this notebook. I love how bright the color is. I got the Lime Green although it is actually bright neon yellow. Not green at all. That's ok. I knew that when I ordered it and got exactly what I wanted. The embossed fox is very nice and elegant. I love the bright white pages. It's super light weight too. Lighter than my current Bullet Journal. This is my first notebook with a pen loop and it holds my pen nicely with a good grip. It's not loose at all and I don't worry that the pen will slip out. It comes with a set of rainbow icon stickers. The only thing that concerns me a bit is that the dots are spaced out closer together than in my first Bullet Journal which is the standard size. I wish the dot spacing wasn't so small. If you're following someone else's layout by number of squares yours will come out smaller. Luckily I'm not using this one as a Bullet Journal. Because it's so light weight and easy to carry I am using it as my travel journal where I will write down and draw the things I see in new places. It will be used like Ellie's Adventure book from Up. I will paste photos and tickets into it to remember my travels. I liked this so much that I have ordered two more. One in Turquoise and one in the peach color. I can use one as an idea book just for writing. I'd love to use this as a Bullet Journal so I really hope they fix the dot spacing issue. There is no pocket in the back. Would be great if the pocket was included. I have made my own though that matches the outside in bright yellow. I Love the three ribbons as when I am working in it I have to mark more than one page if I'm looking back at older layouts. I love that the ribbons are silky. I just wish they matched the color of the journal. Perhaps each book could have two of the cover color and one black in the center. This is almost a perfect notebook and I do want to get one in each color. I ordered a blue one as a gift for a friend that's out of state. I do recommend these. I also have a video review on my youtube Thagirion9. Purple is always out of stock. I hope you will get more of those in and I agree with the other review to add an orange. Bright colors are the best.

Nicely Made, but Tiny Grid Size
I really like the feel of the cover of this journal, the color (I got teal), and the fox on the cover is cute enough. However, I wish I'd paid more attention to grid size, as I did not realize there were differences in sizes of grid cells among dotted journals. I'm only on my second real bullet journal and my previous one had a bigger cell size than this one. If you write small, and want to fit more on a page, this can be great for you. However, after using it for a couple of months now, I find that I have to use a very fine pen to be able to fit my writing into the lines, and because my default handwriting is a bit larger than allowed, my tiny handwriting is not as neat as I wish it was. I struggle with the small size of the grid and am thinking my next one will have to be a different brand that uses a larger grid size, unfortunately. It's too bad, because I love being able to fit an entire month of dates on a page with room to spare, for monthly trackers, etc. without having to move up to a larger journal size. I guess I'm still finding my mojo with the bujo. The free stickers seemed like a great idea, but I'm just not into them, so they didn't add much for me. I forced myself to use one, but meh. Not for me. I like the 3 ribbons for page saving and the pocket in the back is nice and durable. I do like that the pages are numbered and the paper quality is rather good. I do not get bleed through at all on any of my pages, despite using a variety of writing instruments, including gel pens, fountain pens, and markers. Overall, it's a good journal and I would recommend it unless you have larger handwriting and would struggle with the small grid size, like I do.

High Quality Product - Long Lasting and Still Looks Great!
This is my primary notebook for work meetings. I love the built in bookmarks, the closing strap and the pen holder. Those features make this an easy carry alongside my tablet for an easy meeting with notes. This is not a super lightweight notebook, but I like that because the case holds up better.I've had the black notebook for nearly a year and it still looks close to brand new. Definitely recommend this product!

Perfect size and very sturdy
I bought this work to write notes in and keep records of specific things I needed. Very sturdy. I like Clever Fox products. I also use their planners.

4mm dot grid yes please
Pros: 4mm dot grid, Price $$$(Possible) Cons: Not standard A5, Only 127 pagesLet me just first start with this little bias: I have been looking for a 4mm dot grid notebook for a while. I’m aware that there are 4mm GRID notebooks out there, but I’ve tried grid notebooks and they just aren’t for me (too many lines maybe). So I was very happy when I found this.I’ve tried the Nuuna notebooks, which come in sizes S (2.5 mm dot grid?) and L (3.5mm dot grid). The problem with the S size is that the dot grid spacing was too small, though I did like the notebook size. The problem with the L size was the notebook size for me (a little too wide and thick) because I like portability. That said, this Clever Fox notebook is all pros for me.- I have no problem with the slightly shorter and slightly narrower than A5 size of the notebook.- It was only $10 which is reasonably priced IMO.- Did I mention the 4mm dot grid? If you tend to write small, it’s pretty darn spot on.- 127 pages is more than enough for me as I don’t put much into my Bujo other than planning (my weekly spreads only take up one page) and a few collections/notes. That and I tend to jump around notebooks so...Paper quality: Solid. I don’t use paint or do art in my Bujo so I haven’t had any issues.Final notes: This notebook isn’t for everyone but it could be for some people who might agree with all the above mentioned.

Good quality, not many pages
As with other Clever Fox products, the quality is excellent but the number of pages is low. I think this is just the price you pay for the thicker GSM pages though. The spacing between the dots is quite narrow (i.e. less than the usual 5mm) which I actually quite like, but others may not.

Pages are smaller than A5 and dot grid is 4mm not 5mm
I bought this as a bullet journal because of the white paper. The pages are significantly smaller than most dotted notebooks and the dots are closer together. I haven't used it yet for that reason. Also the paper is recycled so it may not stand up to watercolour and markers.

Overall, very good for bullet journaling. Should be the new recommendation for beginners.
First of all, the size is more of a travel A5 rather then a traditional A5. But as I'm using this for travelling that's not a bad thing. The page colour is also a lot whiter then I'm used to. But it works with the design so it's not a problem. It sits flat well, and the stitching has not stolen any of the dots.Three bookmarks are handy, elastics are appreciated, and the lack of pocket does not bother me.However, the dot grid is a lot smaller then most bullet journals. 30 dots across the top, 49 down, about 4mm apart. And a clear, clean border around the grid.Dot and page number colour is a gunmetal Gray. So very visible, but not as bad as others I've had.The page feels thinner then my lemome journals, but I feel it holds up better under my heavy handed writting/drawing then the lemomes do. Still don't feel comfortable doing watercolours on it though. But I feel that way about all bullet journals.Over all. I think this is a very good journal. For a beginner or even a experienced bullet journaler. Much better experience over the Leuchtturm1917 and moleskins. The size, GSM, page count, and price makes it my new go to for weeklys.100% will buy again, and recommend to others.

Great value!
Overall, this is a great journal! The paper is nice and thick, with minimal bleedthrough and a good range of pens that can be used. Not great for watercolour or ink-mixing, as the paper is quite absorbent. If you're looking for a bujo you can get really artsy in, this might not suit your tastes, but if you're looking for something that you can draw in (including using paint pens), or do single layer watercolour washes in, this is a pretty great journal at a reasonable cost.
