Fixed my 2008 Jetta
Like other reviewers have said, the wire on this part is shorter than the OEM O2 sensor, but it fits just fine. I was concerned about a generic O2 sensor for my Jetta but at less than half the cost I took a chance. I am happy to report that this one cleared my fault codes and has been running without issues for a week now.

Fairly easy to install
This 02 sensor was delivered quickly. Arrived in a well packaged box and product was bubble wrapped and bagged. Bought because my car had a "lean" code. The electronic cable is significantly shorter than the original cable but will reach and still mount in stock harness clips. You will need an 02 removal tool to remove the sensor and install the new one.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Let me be clear the first one i had to return the replacement was shipping very quickly however a fast replacement doesn’t matter when the O2 sensor your replacing is junk i got 3500 miles in first one and 2700 on my second one now im paying full price from a parts store today mostly cause this is the third time in 5 months ive changed this sensor and i dont want to do it again do not by this sensor it is junk

Good function - shorter wiring
Installed this in a MkV Jetta with a 2.5 engine. This fits the upstream sensor (bank 1/sensor 1). The sensor has been in a few hundred miles and seems to be functioning - no check engine lights or other symptoms of failure. The price is fantastic if it lasts (1/3 OEM sensor cost) and changing it out was easy (with a sensor socket). The only con is that the wiring is about six inches shorter than stock. It will reach and doesn’t interfere with anything else, but you can’t use all the factory clips.Pics attached comparing to the oem sensor and pointing out the two clips you can’t use.

Better than I expected
Was surprised that this worked, given the price point. It went right into my Jetta with no problems, and there have been no codes, issues, or check engine lights that have come on since. Saved about $200 doing this. The wire itself is shorter than the OEM version, so you'll have to route it differently rather than using the plastic harness. It was still very easy to get it installed while keeping the wire out of the way of the exhaust manifold, so this wasn't an issue for me.

Leads may be too short
This upstream oxygen sensor was identified as a direct fit for my 2008 Audi A4 Quattro convertible but the leads were 18' too short. I had to splice in the wires from the old one so that my shop could install it. On a positive note, it was MUCH lower in cost than others.
