how does this model differ from the extreme steam "advanced" by conair?

Please please save your money and don’t get this product... came completely defective. Amazon Nor seller was helpful enough to help me get a refund or replacement

Is this single voltage or dual voltage?

There is no voltage switch, so I would guess this is for 120 only. You could call Conair to ask. This is not a travel size steamer -- too large and heavy for that, in my opinion. The head is around 6x6x3 inches and the overall height is about 12 inches. If you want to travel with one, look for a smaller one. This is great for home use - works well!

Will it work on removing wrinkles from curtains? Bought curtains folded in a bag and still wrinkles 4 months later!

you can try the curtains im not sure. I own The Clothing Loft in Amherst ohio and we use it a lot for our New Clothing and it works pretty good!!

I lost the instruction manual to mine, where can I get it?
