Aquabourne Waterproof Backpack Commuter Bike Bag with Integrated LED Cycling Light & Expandable Shoe Compartment (Midnight)

A great waterproof bag that holds large documents and folders. I use it for cycling to and from work. Additional space with the extra pocket at the rear for trainers or shoes. A redlined interior, fitted with well thought out pockets and pouches. An exterior pocket for a flask or water bottle and on the other side an exterior pocket for keys, mask and note pad, and pen. Also fitted with a red flashing LED strip powered by 2 AA batteries with 3 modes. Constant on / Flash slow / Flash fast - perfect for cycling in the dark. Never had it leak yet in the rain. The only thing I would suggest and improve is the zip. It works well and is a fine type zip, just takes a little care in opening and shutting.

Brilliant bag. I really like the wide straps. It is comfortable but could be better. It could have some better wicking material for the back plate as it does make my back sweat a bit. However that said, it is brilliantly waterproof which for UK cycle/commuting is vital. The design is superb with pockets everywhere & internal dividers. Love the red lining & the tablet pouch & the extendible shoe pocket that i do use for shoes is also usful for documents. The built in red flashing light is a fabulous added bonus. Recommended.

I bought this bag 6 weeks ago and have used it almost every day. The only issue I have had is with the zip on the main bag as it has been prone to jamming and today one if the 2 zips has snapped off, not great for a courier all weather bag. Otherwise I love this bag.

Excellent.. Just what I need for cycling to work every day .. Planty of pocket inside.. Only thing the light not bright.. But saying that still good to use.. And best of proper Warter tight.. From the rain.. Very good quality.. And great for any outdoor activities... Excellent service 👍

The light is a great idea but sadly doesn’t work. Think it worked for a few minutes.I bought for waterproof during wet commute and it holds up well.I’ve used on better weather days also and found With my light summer jersey I was uncomfortable from the straps. Not an issue with a winter soft shell jersey however.In general it is a good bag. Can carry my laptop and clothes no problem. Extra compartment for clothes is a neat idea and hardly notice it’s existence when not in use. The bag is a bit rigid and inflexible compared with a trad laptop bag. Maybe to be expected due to the plastic waterproof nature.I like the red colour inside helps clearly see what’s inside the bag aswell as little key ring feature and various inner pouches.

A very good sized waterproof commuting bag. It really is excellent at keeping stuff dry and being used on a bike, and all the compartments are helpful. However the red light on the back is woeful, it requires two AA batteries to run, and makes a high pitched squeal as the light illuminates, probably due to the level of resistance the electricity is being pushed through. The battery pack has a uniqueDouble feature where the battery pack also doubles up as a heater. In this day and age there are much better and more efficient ways to have a red light on a bag.UPDATE:All padding has moved making the straps thin and the zips have started to.break. Though waterproof, it is not a very robust bag.

A really well thought out and clever product. I must have worn this for around 500 miles already and can fit everything I need in. I fit cloths, shoes stethoscope, shirt belt and trousers plus,nutri bars, pens, computer towel, and notebook inside plus some other small items. There is t room for much more but what you can fit in is very impressive. It is a really good backpack. Two things to say are although I live I Aberdeen I have yet to use it when it is raining cats and dogs. Also after around 1hr and ten minutes cycling it can cause some back pai. Until you build the muscle. The. Again a commute of more than an hr is likely rare( I sometimes extend my ride home). Overal this is really a great purchase!

Do not buy if using in rain!Longer review:I brought this bag to use on my commute to work solely because of it's advertised waterproof ability.I suspected that the bag wasn't waterproof when I got caught in a short downpour and some items at the top of the bag got wet. I assumed that I hadn't shut the zip fully or something like that and thought no more of it. But it then happened three more time in persistent, but not heavy rain. I got round this by putting a small towel at the top of the bag just in case water got in past the zip. This in itself was annoying, but easy enough to live with and certainly not worth returning the bag over.Then today, (24/02/2022), the rain was pretty bad, but with a "Waterproof" bag, I wasn't concerned. But when I got to work I opened the bag to find every single item soaked! The outer pockets had water pooled in the bottom of them, the main compartment was soaked everywhere I touched and the to inner compartments, which have multiple layers protecting them, were also soaked. My iPad was in the smaller inner compartment and this also had water pooled in the bottom of it and the iPad dripping when I took it out.On top of this:The chest strap is too high up the arm straps, almost to the point of choking.One of the side pockets is neoprene, which lets water through and also have no zip to close it up.The extra laptop space in the back is only just big enough to fit a 15 inch laptop in, but you have to force the zips closed.Positives:The arm strap padding is ok.The carry handle on top is usefulThe 2 side holders (on the inside) are really helpful.Will be returning for a refund, once it dries out.
