⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Durable, Affordable, and Battle-Tested Over Years of Use
The FLYBIRD Adjustable Bench is a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable, multi-purpose workout bench without dropping hundreds on premium brands. While the overall build quality is decent and the price point is attractive, what really sets this bench apart is its durability.✅ Why It Stands Out:Used 6x a week by two people for over four years, and it’s still going strong—no rips, tears, or padding breakdownIncline/decline adjustments are smooth and versatile enough for full-body workoutsFoldable design makes it easy to store when space is tightA great option for home gyms that need functionality without the premium price tag⚠️ Minor Drawbacks:The welds and overall tolerances aren’t as refined as higher-end models, and it doesn’t feel quite as rock-solid under heavy loadsThat said, it’s proven itself through consistent use, and the structure has held up impressively wellIf you want a bench that’s affordable, functional, and built to last, this one delivers. It’s not flashy, but it’s dependable—and in a home gym, that’s what really counts.

Setup/teardown only take 30 seconds each
I think the most impressive thing about this bench is that it sets up quickly and folds up just as quickly. You can get it down to 20-30 seconds with a little practice. All the reviews are pretty accurate. It's a great bench that holds a lot of weight for its price. The foam is ridiculously hard, it's like working out on a park bench, but it does feel durable. Other than the foam, I don't have a single complaint about it. The seat gap that some folks mention is a non-issue for me; it actually feels comfortable to nestle down into it during exercises.

Great bench for the money
Great bench, very stable. I really like how easy it is to adjust the angle. You don't even need to stand up to adjust it, you can do it while still sitting on the bench... maybe this is why I needed to get it. The only problem with it for me is that I am 6'1" and my head doesn't fit fully on it. It also does not actually fold. It can fold up if you take it all apart but it will not fold up and be hidden away.

Elegant design, very sturdy.
I selected this bench based on the rating from a well known testing website associated with a major newspaper. We'll see how it holds up given it just came today, but first use suggests it's excellent, especially for the cost. I only knocked off a notch on stability as I thought I should be comparing it to the benches I used before covid at the gym. For home use, it's definitely a five.I'm a bit shy of 5'8" these days (old people shrink), so I have zero problem with the length of the bench for my head. If you're not a squirt like I am, you might get to spend more bux.The welds are very good. the hinges look to be strong, and the stops and pin holes are well machined. The cover (they say it's leather) is very nicely finished; the padding is nicely done.I do have to tease them about the translation of the sales pitch on Amazon - Way back I used to fix Japanese motorcycles for a living, and trying to understand the manuals was an exercise in both frustration and great humor. You'd think these folks would have employed at least one person with an English degree to do a bit of editing. That said, I'm really glad I didn't get a mendacious exercise bench :-) .Get past the translation. It's a great home bench for a great price.

Solid Bench for the Price Great for Home Gyms!
This bench exceeded my expectations for the price. It’s sturdy, easy to adjust, and perfect for my home gym setup. I’ve been using it for flat, incline, and shoulder presses without any wobble. Setup was simple and took under 20 minutes. The padding is comfortable, and the bench feels stable even under heavier weights. If you’re building a home gym and want something reliable without breaking the bank, this bench is a great pick. Would give 5 stars.

Great Product and Top Tier Customer Service
Bench is easy to use, easy to handle, and even easier to build. Doesn't wobble or make you worry its going to break or come undone while using it.When shipped to me two of the screws were missing but after reaching out to the company, they not only linked me to replacement screws but they refunded me the difference! This is how all companies should be ran!

Decent but a little small
For what you pay it’s worth it. But this bench is a little on the smaller size. I’m 5’11 and 180lbs and I feel like this bench is a little small. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still very usable but on the smaller side. If you have a bigger frame than me look for a different alternative.Quality seems decent and it was easy to put together. Not as easy to change the chair back or seat as you’d find in a professional gym. Requires an additional lever to pull ( 2 levers needed to adjust instead of just 1) but overall not bad. Cushions are pretty comfortable but the foot rest and pads on the bottom are pathetically small, like child size small.3 stars.

Inexpensive, sturdy, and easy to move.
Inexpensive, sturdy, and easy to move. Surprisingly light but holding up well and I have been using it a while. I like the fact that it can fold down for storage, which would be handy during a move. Only ping is lack of a decline setting.
