The "Universal Fits 99% of Toilets" claim holds true. The height adjustment feature is incredibly simple to use, and it took me less than 15 minutes to install it myself. Super happy. I have a counter directly above the toilet. I thought I was going to have to remove the toilet just to gain access. I did not. I was able to get the old unit out, and install this one even though the gap was narrow. I reused some of the existing seals, worked perfect. Yes, sometimes as it finishes filling, it will make a squeak or little groan, but who cares? Works great, installed super easy

Purchased to replace an existing Champion 4 fill valve (FM-400 - snoop around and you’ll quickly realize what brand “FM" is) in an American Standard toilet. The Korky fill valve fits but I can’t say that it fits “well” in this toilet - it’s pretty snug in its space and I had to cut the fill tube very short otherwise it would impede the upward movement of the flush arm. I’m not a big fan of the metal clip design (that’s inserted into the fill tube); kudos that it’s metal but, IMHO, it should allow the end of the fill tube to extend further into the flush valve so that the water flows more directly into the flush valve and less likely to spray elsewhere. Also, if you don’t insert the metal clip *deeply* into the fill tube, you might be cleaning up a mess after small streams of water squirt all over the wall and floor (yup, that was me). It was quite easy to install and the installation directions are very good. Having installed fill valves in the past, I did not need to watch the referenced video - the written instructions were perfectly fine for the job. It’s nice that it is U.S. made and the price was very good compared to others. Lastly, this fill valve claims “QuietFILL Technology” but I fail to hear how this is quieter than the fill valve it replaced. Given the design of my toilet tank, I will not purchase this fill valve again when another of my 3 identical toilets needs a replacement - it just doesn’t fit well in the tank and it is not any quieter than other fill valves I’ve tried.

We replaced a Toto valve, which looked exactly the same except for the blue top. I’m a mechanical dummy, but even I could do it. The directions are a model of clarity - thank you for putting it all on one sheet, with Spanish and French text as footnotes rather than repeating all the pictures. Simple bullets and pictures, that’s all I need. The YouTube video is just as concise. Also, the clamshell packaging is frustration-free, with the cardboard easily separated for recycling. Thank you for thinking of that! All the parts are in there and no waste; they are simple, sturdy, and high quality. Finally, I can hardly believe the low price for such a well-made, thoughtfully designed, and Made in USA product! I have bought other Korky items before, like the plunger and valve caps, and they are all great, reasonably priced, and US-made. I had never heard of Korky before, but their products speak for themselves. Just an aside and IMHO: our country doesn’t need tariffs. Just look at Korky, be like them, and you’ll find success.

This was very easy to install with minimal tools, it had a good seal with no leaks, and it fills my toilet like it should. No complaints.

I gave it 3 stars only because it takes FOREVER to fill my modern run of the mill American Standard toilet!! Installation and adjustments were easy and the quality of the parts are great, just know it’s NOT going to quickly fill your tanks!! And yes I checked all hoses and valve is open all the way! I also find it noisier than the stand plastic ball cock I had previously And this after seeing on the packaging QUIET fill!!! NOT NOISY AND SLOW
