It fits snug but no compression.

Q: I am 4'11'" 40b bust, 125 lbs. what size should I order?

I would order a large. I am 5'6" and weigh 136 pounds and I order a large. It's a nice top you should like them.

Q: Does this shrink in the wash? Can I wash this in warm water?

Modal rayon fibers are dimensionally stable and do not shrink or get pulled out of shape when wet like many viscose rayons. Generally it is suggested to wash modal in cold or slightly warm water. It holds up well to machine washing and drying. Modal is good at holding dye so colors should be stable. Various secondary treatments applied to modal yarns can alter fabric property, even the way the fibers were drawn effects strength and durability. Without those details it is best to follow the cleaning instructions on the garment label.
