A big help
I got tired of trying to scrub burnt cheese off of the pizza pan after my kids made a frozen pizza and ordered these, such a game changer.

Convenient
Perfect size for my cast iron pizza pan. Wish they came in a cardboard envelope for easier storage.

Good quality parchment rounds, lousy packaging/storage
These parchment rounds are good quality and hold up well when they are used for pizzas. HOWEVER -- they came in a big flat, floppy plastic mailer ... and that mailer cannot be closed up again. They are also VERY slippery, and trying to remove them from the bag they were shipped in without causing an avalanche of parchment rounds is tricky business. I suppose if you're using these in your pizza parlor, you probably have a shelf or big flat drawer where you can lay them and where they won't be disturbed, BUT I use them only occasionally, for homemade pizza, flatbread, etc that I make in a big round pan, so it's a bit of a pain to store them (and I expect to be able to leave quite a number of these to my heirs, as it's going to take me a long time to use up 100 of them). It would've been nice if they had come in a box (round or square), so they could be dispensed or stored more easily, for the use of future generations as well as by me.

Burns off too quickly
I was happy to find a precut 16" round to fit our cast iron pizza pan. Unfortunately, we learned the parchment can burn off too quickly. We preheat the pan on a gas grill and the parchment started to burn before we could get the entire pizza transferred onto the pan. This isn't going as well as I had planned :(
