I spent hours reading reviews while filled with crippling anxiety when I found out I got pulled for a random. With that, I decided to leave a review for those that are going through the same miserable process trying to find some relief in words.I will start with this, this 1000% works of done right, this is the second time it worked for me, but this time I was in a real bad situation. Here is my timeline and what I did, and I love to hold my senior technical management position:Thursday, Friday, Saturday, I smoked a weed pen. I took ~4 hits a night, I drank a thc drink two weeks earlier, and I hadn’t had anything for awhile before that. I am 6’2” 210lbs and not in great shape, but not obese by any means.Sunday- I started using activated charcoal, 2tbsp, one in the morning with water and one at night. I was just doing this to help get the THC out quicker. Note, there is some truth to using activated charcoal, but it’s not a miracle drug that works overnight.Monday - same activated charcoal routine, I sat in a sauna to relax, and worked out.Tuesday - I got a call first thing in the morning informing me that I had a drug test. My heart absolutely sank, I figured I was completely done. The worst anxiety you could ever imagine. I continued my activated charcoal routine, I bought time and knew my drug test was going to be Thursday morning (incredibly lucky)Wednesday - I bought a few drug tests, two raw bitter organic cranberry juices, and one of these detoxify drinks. I took a test, failed. I drank a cranberry juice at 6pm followed by a lot of water to the point where I was peeing every 30 mins or so, before bed I tested again, failed.Thursday (very important timeline to be followed) my test was at 08:30I woke up at 0530, I drank a cup of water, I followed by drinking the entire detoxify, filled the bottle with water as instructed and drank it. I drank a cup of cranberry juice and followed with a cup of water. Everything was evacuated from me, and at 08:00 I went to the facility. I had to pee once more right when I got there so I did before I went in. It was weird because I didn’t have to pee at all after that which made me worried.I drank four cups of water when I was there and I finally peed. When I did, it was almost the color of yellow Gatorade which was weird because it was almost clear prior which I figured was the drink working.A few days passed and our company won’t notify you if you passed, which is the worst. But I found that the facility had a website to check the status.I looked at the status today (the following Tuesday) and it said my results were reported and finalized….. I can not believe it, but I passed.The sense of relief I had was incredible. The cost of this drink? Worth every single damn penny when it comes to saving your job.You have to try to buy time and follow the instructions, if you can/do, you will pass!Good luck, breathe, and know that this worked for some of us and it can for you.

Male 30 6ft 330lbs, smoked daily for a month and was clean 6 months before that. DOT random drug screening came up 6 weeks later, took a home drug test and was positive. No exercise in those 6 weeks besides walking. I went to a local smoke store and bought Detoxify 5 day cleanse program. Day 5 took another drug test and had a very faint test line. ( found out later faint line is a negative) So my last resort was to buy this and use the day of my test. Taste good at first but you have to drink the whole thing right away and after your 3rd drink its makes you want to throw up. Waited 15mins and followed the next step now I've drank 64oz in 15mins with the urge the throw up. 20mins later the hershey squirts. 1hr marker I was taking a piss every 5mins, ( any stimulant makes me urinate frequently this magnified it) after my 5th piss I tested myself and showed up negative but my urine was diluted. I went to my test and my sample came out with a slight yellowish tint but it was clearly diluted. So now I'm waiting for my results and if I dont give an update that means I passed. ( DOT considers a diluted negative result as passing, it's on their website)

Recently moved from a legal state to a non legal one and had to detox for our new jobs. My wife and I both took the Mega Clean NT and both of us passed our drug screening perfectly. I stopped smoking 4 days before my test and my wife stopped 5 days before.Things to consider:You will need some THC drug test strips, pretty cheap on Amazon as well. Make sure to chill the drink in the fridge before drinking..will taste much better. On the day of your test, drink the whole drink as quickly as you are able to, took me about 30 minutes. After the drink is finished, take the pill and fill up the bottle with water and drink that FULLY. Everytime you go to the restroom make sure to test your urine with the test strips. Once you get two strips indicating negative results then head to the Lab to get the official test. Don't hesitate to got to the Lab as you'll need to go to go to the restroom again pretty soon and you dont want to pee yourself waiting to get your test done.Pretty straight forward! Good luck.
