Am.... I do believe you will not find coffee creamer by searching for bottled water.

Can you reuse the bottles?

Definitely! The bottles will wear out faster than the flip cap. And the caps fit on a lot of other bottles. I put a drop of dawn in the bottle with a couple oz warm water and shake vigorously. Then rinse out with your hottest tap water. Upside down and slightly angled to air dry and there will be no water spots. The caps can go in top shelf dishwasher or just use hot soapy water. Use a toothbrush to get anything out of grooves. If you want to sanitize boil some water on the stove, take off the heat and let them sit in the water about 10 min. You could add a bit of vinegar for extra disinfection.

At what point does the water taste like plastic? Expiration date?

Yes. The plastic can start oxidize and react with the water. It will also begin to taste like plastic if it’s left in sunlight or hot temperatures. This product is not worth the excess. It is just Aquafina (another Pepsi water brand) packaged in a fancy bottle.
