इस टैबलेट को मैंने अपने भांजे को भेजा था । एक सप्ताह के अंदर इसमें चार्जिंग की समस्या आने लगी । मैं लगभग २००० किलो मीटर दूर रहता हूं । मैंने ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई के लिए भेजा था मेरा भांजा गांव में रहता है । मैंने सीधे कंपनी को फोन किया कम्पनी ने टैबलेट वापस करने को कहा हमने वापस भेज दिया और कल १३ सितंबर को दोबारा कंपनी ने टैबलेट भेजी लेकिन अभी भी चार्जिंग समस्या बनी हुई है । टैबलेट चार्ज ही नहीं हो रही । इस तरह मेरे भांजे की पढ़ाई टैबलेट की वजह से चौपट हो गई । जब मैंने मेल किया कंपनी वालों को आज सुबह तो उन्होंने कहा कि पैसे वापस नहीं कर सकते । मुझे ये बताइए कि जब वह टैबलेट काम ही नहीं कर रही तो क्या कंपनी को पैसा वापस नहीं करना चाहिए आखिर जिसने टैबलेट मगाई थी उसके महीने की आधी कमाई के जितनी कीमत है इस टैबलेट की । अमेज़न से अनुरोध है कि वह गरीब के पैसे वापस करने के लिए आवश्यक कार्यवाही करे ।

I bought it for my kids..first time its power button was not working and I sent it back. they sent another and that one also had some connectivity issues and again I returned it.its build quality&look is good.. display &performance was ok in this price range. I am not satisfied this product.

The charging port is of very poor quality and I had to repair it twice in the last 3 months. They do not have a service center. They asked me to go to their office to get it repaired.Battery is another sore point. The charge drains quickly after one hour usage for video calls.

Please don't but any product from Fusion. They are big frauds. The product quality is pathetic. The services are even worst.I made a mistake of purchasing this Tab. It stopped charging in 2 months. While it was in service, I had to send the product to Hyderabad through courier (which cost me Rs 1000 due to lock down), they dont have service center anywhere else. After keeping product with them and no feedback for 2 weeks, I had to do multiple follow up just to get confirmation, that the Tab was delivered to them.After multiple follow ups a replacement Tab was shipped to me. The replacement Tab as can be seen it the picture was faulty and was not working from day 1.They are big cheaters, I am raising a complaint against them in consumer forum, there business should be shut and they should not be allowed to cheat customers like this.

Not working . Completely Death.Purchase 3 months back. Not user friendly .Warranty one year but problem in communication .No contact number or email of dealer/ distributors.No email reply from main fusion5 website. There too on contact us no toll free number.Unprofessional Website and dealer.I got GST bill without dealer contact number/email mention on bill.I am having business account on Amazon.I request Amazon to refund and take back the Devices. Let's hope I get valuable support from Amazon.Appreciate still amazon support to me.Unfortunately my kids online classes ongoing and suddenly 3 days it is not working. Still no email reply from fusion 5 site.I needed urgently to refund or replaced. So that I can purchase new tablet having service centre nearby rather than going for other branded products.Still I request Fusion5 to immediately reply to me .Awaiting for reply from Amazon for refund .

Got a scratched screen as if used and sent. Performance is ok. Ofcouse u cant expect miracles for this price.But as mentioned Google certified... expectation was much more....

Bought on March this year . So far good. Camera should have been better . Battery back up was good up to 8+hours ,now after 4 month I see its battery draining early in few hours .

The tablet is really good... worth for money... but mine the screen got damaged and awaiting for service.. But while using, this was amazing product

Well, I was really surprised about this device from the get go. It's strange size 9.6 inches is just perfect, it's bright and being a registered severely sight impaired/blind Tablet user, I was really surprised at the sound to.It's nice to have a device that runs Android 8.1.0 at this price, with 2Gb RAM and 32Gb Storage (some of this is used by the Android Operating System, but it's easy upgraded by inserting a MicroSD card of up to 128Gb)I use mine mainly for streaming TV from my Plex home server and catch up services like BBC iPlayer and Netflix, and this device does it without a hitch. With its Quad Core CPU it's nippy and it will play quite a few demanding 3D games, but don't expect it to play the really demanding ones. If you're like myself and use a Tablet PC for streaming/emails/web browsing and other daily activities, then this is one Tablet to take a look at, don't let the 9.6 inch screen put you off. Twitter and Facebook apps run quick also, so social networking as I do a lot of this device is also great for! I also use it to remote into my Linux Media PC and SSH into it without interrupting my families viewing of movies on the TV! So to send my short review of this device, it's a great little thing for anyone like myself that wants a tablet to use on a daily basis!

I returned a few other models (with similar prices) before I found this great product.So benefits of this tablet are:1. Fast in operation2. Smooth with all Google apps (GMS certificated)3. Bright screen4. Loud speakers5. SIM card ports (availability to use as a phone)6. Good battery life7. Microphone8. Availability to use Viber & Skype9. GPS navigation10. Good storageThe main issue of other tablets (I used to have) because they were too slow. It's just drived me mad. But this tablet has 2 GB RAM and can play YouTube videos with high resolution without any problem.I can keep many application open at the same time and all of them working quickly and smoothly.Easy to download any Google application. Everything is working well!It has a good option for transforming text to speech (my mother loves it because she has difficulties to read for long time).The screen is big enough for watching movies.I can charge this tablet using phone's mini USB charger.The only weak point I found in this tablet that screen looks to me very fragile. So, I would recommend to buy case and good screen protector as well. And please don't give it to small kids, they will break it.

After 6 months of deliberation ?? Got it !! 1st tablet, Lovely build quality, fast, a very sleek product , backed by a English support team that like what they do & sell !!it is very Easy to get around But Google Buts in at times & i find that this is annoying, on my PC i have managed to shut off some of the interventions ,,so as i get used to the Phablet /tablet i will soon overcome this Aspect !!The dual SIM slots were a important requirement for us ?? some of the competition were front runners But No Sims !! I do not know why ,the screen is amazing & the picture quality stunning , it does not gobble up battery life as some do on other tablets !it will take me time to get it altogether & find the very best from this lovely Piece ,so for the specification offered , Price , sheer quality ,& a ENGLISH Support team , do not Think about it .............But it you will not be disappointed ............Trust me .... jewells

it arrived with a scratched camera so never took decent photos. i didn't want to return it as i was about to go on holiday- amazon refunded 20% which i was happy with. i couldn't get it to connect to my PC (Win 7 64 bit) for file exchange (said device driver could not be found)- the Fusion help team emailed various suggestions (but were adamant it did not need a device driver) but none worked- they offered an exchange and were very nice about it- then i tried it at my work PC (Win 7 32bit) and there was no problem moving files- so it was probably just me. i still find the touchscreen much less accurate or responsive than an i-phone (even a very old one) and the wifi range is not great (my laptop and phone are MUCH better); if you touch the edge of the tablet it thinks you are touching the screen- which can be a bit annoying. overall good for taking movies on journeys but no substitute for either a good smartphone or a laptop.

I really like this tablet it works really well for me and I am in my 70s and I havebeen looking for a new phone when I was this and it just solved all my problemsin one go so I made the decision and placed the order and its great no problems whatsoeverexcept with the sd card but I think it's the card not the tablet. I am really happy with my fusion5tablet and just wish I had seen it earlier and it keeps me in contact with my family at all times and itit sounds good and that is what I like 👍easy to use,looks good and sounds good and works really well.Thanks
