I purchased these to use in a chest freezer and they've worked great. However, when they're cold the lids get brittle. (They're not designed for my application.)I accidentally dropped one full bin on top of another and broke the lid on the bottom one. When I went online to find a replacement lid I could only get sets of six. Bummer.I contacted Storex directly and explained my dilemma. They are sending me a replacement lid at no cost.That's great customer service.

Two of 24 lids came broken

While taking the items out of the box, 2 of the lids are severely cracked/broken. Other reviews said the same, but I was hoping the company fixed this issue to avoid customers receiving damaged products. Unfortunately this is not the case. Bins look okay, and the damage was just with the lids.

The tubs are a nice size and are fairly sturdy. When we received the box, I had 5 lids that were broken on the corners. I needed them quickly so I didn't have a chance to return otherwise I would have sent them back.

These are pretty good sized and great for the classroom. However, even though they were packaged in their own box inside of another box, some of the lids were still busted. Not a deal breaker, but it is an issue.

All the lids were intact, and they're a good size for the wire cubbies I have. I've got a pretty drab "modern" office so these were great for livening them up with color. I might even order more now that I know they're a good size and quality for what I need.

The buckets themselves are as pictured and are good quality, but four of the lids arrived broken. I won't order this brand again.

I ordered these boxes because I am working on organization for holiday items. I chose these for smaller boxes to store items I put on my coffee bar for the holidays. The colors allow me to separate the items for each season. For example red for Valentine's decorations, green for Saint Patrick's day, blue for The 4th of July, etc. Stack in the closet nearby and viola...everything is handy when I when I need it. I wish pink was in there though instead of purple.
