Very helpful. If you take it, it will allow you to continue your activities with no interruption. We also buy enterogermina to help with the intestinal flora and buscapina if colicky.

This is the go to for digestive problems. Works fast. Found it at a pharmacy while in Portugal. So glad Amazon carries this product. It also comes in single liquid doses but haven’t found that in the US yet.
