TippmannEmpire Basics 48ci 3K Paintball Tank- New 2019 Upgraded Version - Globally Certified

Works as advertised and I have had not faults or failures. The pressure gauge agrees with my HP air pump gauge also....but when I needed another I found a "HK Army 48ci 3000psi " for $20 less.They are all quite similar and do the same job.Unless you have brand loyalty or want to pay for a color, get the one that costs less.

Bought two to augment and replace a couple of carbon fiber 68/4500psi hpa tanks that were expiring.Nobody fills to 4500psi at the field I play most, so the lower pressure wasn't really missed.The smaller, 45in3, volume was noticed sad I was shooting a very inefficient smart parts ion, that would drain about 2000psi per game. On a more efficient gun, like a mini or an ego, that volume wasn't so noticable.The weight was pretty noticable, also.

This a very well made hpa tank, feels solid. But it is a big chunk and heavy, in my opinion you need a remote for this one

I bought this for a quick paintball trip based on some other paintballers in the group I go with. It arrived quick, without any damage, but it was a 05/2019 tank that I got in 01/2020 so it was already 8 months into its 4 year hydro test date, which is a shame. I have already used it twice in the last couple months and it's worked well, even when it was overfilled by an air shop to 4k.

saw a few reviews saying their tank came damaged but mine came in perfect condition with protective cap. also saw reviews saying its heavy, personally im not a wimp so the tank is perfect. No leaks so far, great tank for the money.

Even though it says 2019 it looks like they’re staying up to date with their tanks, only lost 3 months on it. Threads came undamaged so packaging wasn’t a problem either.
