Bought 2 Coleman sleeping bags and for whatever reason Coleman does not give you a carry bag just a cord to hold the bags in the rolled up position. I like to keep them clean and have them as compact as possible so i bought these compression packs. I with these had the compression straps on the side as well so i could compress the bag in both directions but it works well enough only compressing the bag the long way. If i really want to i could always just get some cam straps and use them to compress the bag on the side as well. They seem sturdy enough so far and were the perfect size for my Coleman sleeping bags to fit into. Going to buy one more and hope i can get my Cabelas sleeping bag into with which might be a bit of a chore because the sack it is in now is at least 3 times bigger than this but it is not compressed in that bag so i should be able to roll it up and get it in one of these as well with just a little more effort being needed.

I got 2 compression sacks for my kids, nightmare to put in the original, mummy bags. For the price I am very pleasantly surprised. Fit each child sized mummy bag nicely with room to spare! I then just wrenched down on the straps and got the bags to compress much smaller than the bags were originally. Very happy! Durability has yet to be tested as well as water resistance but the fabric feels sturdy. The bag could easily fit my adult sized mummy bag.

I replaced a worn out sleeping bag stuff sack with the YINXN compression stuff sack. Big improvement for me. The old sack, which came with the sleeping bag, was bulky enough that I had to carry it on the outside of the pack. But with the YINXN stuff sack, with compression straps, I can squish the sleeping bag small enough that It fits neatly inside the pack. My first use of the YINXN stuff sack was a trek from the old Scheelite mine up to Honeymoon Lake. I'm looking forward to using my YINXN again.

Packing my sleeping bag into it for a trip to the Smokies past weekend. Sleeping bag is pretty big - a Coleman 30 degree bag, nothing fancy. Fit well into the compression sack - my sleeping bag could then fit into sleeping bag compartment of my pack (tight fit, but it worked). I'm a little concerned about the longevity of the straps, but I don't have any data to base that on except for previous compression bag failures. For the price, you can't beat these.

Stuffed a lot of cold weather clothing and a few emergency meals into this bag. The material is thick and appears to be water resistant although the top is only closed by draw string so don't expect it to be water proof. Once you tighten the bag down as much as you can it starts to become as wide as it is long, I'm slightly exaggerating but you get the idea. This is a big bag though and you could probably fit two 3 season sleeping bags in it.

So far so good. My friend gave me a sleeping bag with no cover so I just bought this as a replacement. It is kind of thin it might break in the long run but for now it’s holding the sleeping bag in place and not taking up so much space.
