Great value for money
I wanted a folding bike for a fairly small spare room gym. This fits the bill!Well boxed for transit, it took about 25 mins to put together. No issues for a woman of a certain age and temperament anyway. The saddle is comfortable enough for me, some have said it can be a little uncomfortable, I guess I just have more padding! The last time I got on a bike, the wheel had only just been invented (around the same time as fire really) it all came back to me, and is much safer than the roads.10 degrees of pain - i mean difficulty - should suffice for most, you can build up a sweat and easily fold the bike away afterwards. Its quite heavy as its solid; I think this is a good thing. My only gripe (and its a small one) is the clock on the computer keeps ticking by whether you are on it or not. Starting a new session 24hrs later and you can't re-set the timer to zero. Would be helpful but no biggie. Its no spin class bike, but its also not £3000. Great value for money if you want something to get the heart pumping when watching TV.

Excellent value for money but....
The 'App' does not appear in the Google play store when scanning the QR code in the manual, and a manual search in the play store gets you to the app, rated 1.6 out of 5. Because of that and the multiple negative comments here and elsewhere,I haven't bothered downloading it. Without the app, the bike performs fine and all the info I want is on the screen. The bike itself is easily assembled and very sturdy in construction, easily folded away when required.I got it to help rehabilitating my knee after replacement, and very much appreciate the range of adjustment on the seat. I will probably be lowering it once my knee bends more easily, and it's a very easy change to make.On the whole I would heartily recommend this and if the app was not mentioned I'd have given it 5 stars.

Excellent quiet, compact bike
The bike is great, very quiet- I can barely hear it so great for small houses, flats or small spaces. It folds up very easily & there’s a safety pin to secure it. The speed is not very challenging if you are athletic, but for a quick calorie burn it’s great. I use it when I don’t have time for the gym or if I woke up late (I prefer 5/6am workouts). I don’t use the bike app or monitor as I have a sports watch, I added a cable accessory to do upper body simultaneously (mine didn’t come with this, so select carefully). I burn around 200-300 calories doing 45-60 mins. The monitor said 600 calories lol- so I’d invest in a smart watch if you don’t have one already!Assembly was not fun (it never is), if you have someone to help I’d recommend asking them (or bribing them with food or whatever they’re into lol) as it took a while to put together. You have to use your logic/guess as well as the instructions as they’re not very clear unfortunately.Overall it’s a very good bike & great for what I needed. I’ve lost about 3 pounds just using it 3 or 4 times in one week. I’ll continue using it when I can’t make the gym or if I get bored, I put on a good playlist and cycle. Definitely helps to burn fat so I can have a more lean defined & toned body.

F300B First impressions - Solid and steady but the app is useless
F300B First impressions....Assembly instructions are ok, if you are of a technical 'mind'. Diagrams do show the correct placement of washers etc but the diagrams are small so you really have to pay attention while assembling. For a foldable bike, this is very sturdy and does not 'rock' at all. As a complete beginner, the resistance levels are ok for me. I am 5'10" and the seat height is correct for me at the lowest setting. My wife who is 5' 2" finds that it is on the absolute limit for her so I don't think she will use it that much. The display is a bit confusing to read whilst on scan mode (cycles through all of the various readings) and the pulse reading seems to take a while to settle to the correct value.I'm not so sure how useful the backrest will be as, when your hands are on the handlebars, your back is not on the backrest. The longest I've used it for so far is 15mins at a time (yes, I'm that much of a beginner!!!) and the saddle has been comfortable enough for that period of time. The recommended app is called Fitness Data. Although my phone could detect the Bluetooth signal from the bike, the app could not find the bike. Therefore, for me, the app is useless. I did however find an app called BitGym, which detects your revs/sec via the phone's camera whilst the phone is sat on the bike's cradle, using the motion of your head; very clever. The app has some exercise routines which ask you to reach a certain percentage of your max heart rate at specific points in time (you can use the pulse readout on the bike for this). Apparently you can calculate your max heart rate as 220-age, which presumably would be an average max heart rate for people of that age. My wife and I are roughly the same age but have very different resting heart rates so I assume our max heart rates are not the same! Anyway, using this info and your height, weight, age etc, the app estimates the calories burnt (assuming you reach the correct heart rates). Some basic functions of the app are free but you need to subscribe if you want more. This might seem more like a review of the BitGym app than of the bike but in order to use the bike to improve cardio fitness, lose weight etc, I feel that you do need the support of an app to tell you what to do (particularly as a beginner) so I'm quite disappointed (hence 3 stars rather than 5) to find that the app and the bike would not connect. So my advice would be to buy the F200B rather than the F300B and put the £40 saved towards the BitGym (or similar app) subscription.I hope this helps.
