We use an expensive IDEAL shredder in our office. A small free sample of the oil came with the machine. Document shredders require a bit of care. Regular lubrication is key to longevity. We bought a larger quantity of another brand only to realize that it spoiled in less than a year to an unusable, gooey, potentially damaging mess. At this point, we realized the high, uncompromising quality of the IDEAL lubricant. We will never consider anything else again. Highly recommended.
