Love these! They actually work!
I was shocked at how much easier the exercises in barre class were when I used these. Can recommend to anyone who struggles either wrist pain while doing yoga, stretching, planks, etc.

These really save your knees!
These jellies, so far, provide great cushion for my knees! They seem sturdy, feel very comfortable, and provide the support I need for my bad knee. They are also soft enough that when my knee lands, it does not have to be centered perfectly on the jelly to work and does not feel like I have landed on the rim or edge, which I experienced with some other, stiffer brands I have used in the past.I bought another brand/style back in Arpil (different material and shape for less than $20) and they were starting to wear out by June/July. I do use them in my practice five days a week for a variety of morning yoga classes, so, to be fair, they do get a fair amount if wear.I have only had these a few months, but they felt much sturdier right out of the box, and seem to be holding up much better. They are also easier to move around and reposition on my mat as I go in and out of different poses that the less expensive pair were.I highly recommend these and will try to update again after a year of use. My only complaint is that they are pricy, but they will be well worth it in the long run if they hold up as well as they seem to be doing. If you are on the fence about getting these, I encourage you to do so! This type of padding has revolutionized my practice. I had to modify heavily for years and could barely put weight on one side because of several injuries including a broken patella (kneecap), damage to the patellar tendon, and some intermittent bursitis. I did start with some inexpensive pads, but these, though not cheap, seem to be well, well worth the investment!

saved my yoga practice
I have severe base-of-thumb arthritis in both hands. The pain was so bad anytime I put weight on my hands that I thought I would have to give up yoga altogether. These pads have saved me! They are firm enough to provide support but soft enough to take pressure off the points in my hands that hurt the most. I'm able to position things so that the ridge around the center dip in the pad goes under the middle of my palm and my thumbs sort of hang off the sides. This seemingly small difference from flat hands completely does the trick and I can do all my favorite postures with almost no pain. The pads don't slide on my mat or under my palms either, even when sweaty. And bonus - I can pop one under a knee when in kneeling poses and no pain there, either! Definitely worth the money.

Very Useful
I had checked these out before and because of the high price (thus the 4-star) ordered a different much lower priced set. However, when it arrived I realized immediately it would be much too hard for my wrist when doing my yoga 'down dogs' etc. Therefore I returned those and ordered the yoga jellies, which I initially added a bad review to when checking out the reviews for Yoga Jellies (knocking them for hiking their price just because of their branding). Upon receiving the yoga jellies I realized that they are much more flexible (actually jelly-like), and while they give good support to the wrist, they also offer a lot more cushion. I still feel that it's a bit too pricey but for comfort and support I was willing to 'bite the bullet'.

Great for wrist support and under the knee
I have a pair that I use for Yoga. This is the second pair I bought and I use them for Pure Barre class under my hands to support and protect pressure on my wrists when doing straight arm pushups and planks, downward facing dog, and to slide under my knee as needed. Don't get imitation, get Yoga Jellies. They really last. I have arthritis in my hands/fingers and cannot lay my hand flat on the floor or a yoga mat. The yoga jellies provide the support needed to put the weight on the ball mound of my hand and do so comfortably. You can flip them over to use whichever side you need that day.

Must have for wrist issues
Must have for anyone with wrist issues. Takes the pressure off the wrists in vinyasa and any posture where the hands/arms bear weight

Late late late
Nothing disappoints me more than being late. That said they are much firmer than I thought they would be. A friend sent me link and they were really soft in comparison

Great for wrists and knees
This product is a bit pricey but worth it for the comfort level I get from these. I use them for my hands most of the time during yoga but they also cushion knees well as well
