It's well built n cuts through the mix.
I am new to drums n cymbals and this is my first purchase, I normally produce music and have a knowledge on drums production and often play n record my acoustic kit. I can say , the pitch of the cymbal is very high n medium bright, sustain is very nice but may be not suitable for hard rocks as we expect from it. As I am new to drums...I can say for funk jazz n blues....the rides on it just seems very brilliant and the cymbal cuts through the mix very well. Highly recommended for those, who don't play hard rock and metal...but yes, in this budget this is the best.
