terrible cage my daughter was trying to build and got poked in the eye trying to take apart two pieces. the walls didn't fit together, and kept overlaping. and bottle was tiny, the weel couldn't go on because the scru was way tooooooooooo short and when she figured out how to make it longer it kept twisting. also the weel was way to small for a hamster to fit in. the toobs didn't fit from one story to the other. the derections didn't help at all. do not wast your money.

The cage has been amazing for my hamsters. I have 2 bonded, fully grown djungarians that needed a large space to roam. Instead of connecting a bunch of 1-level cages, I elected to purchase a tall multi-level cage to save tabletop space. Everything installs very easily and holds together securely. They are able to climb around tier to tier without any issue. The 2 larger included wheels and food bowls are the perfect size for them. Toys and other enrichment items fit in really easily. I haven't had anything that hasn't fit inside the cage yet. The bottom is super deep, perfect for burrowing. Just make sure you really fill it up to prevent any rough plaps into it when coming down from the tubes. I really don't have any major complaints. The cons (listed below) were super easy to fix/work with. I couldn't be happier with the cage itself. They've enjoyed running around the different levels, making nesting spots, dragging stuff where they want it to go. They're living that fancy condo life.Cons:-The second and third level floors can be insanely difficult to clean around the edges. It's best to dismantle the levels and soak it well in water or find a way to spray a stream over it. Waste and food collect in the holes/nubs around the perimeter that are holding the cage to the floor. It's not a massive issue, just something to know about.-The cage doors do not close far enough to keep the hamsters in. I have tested leaving mine secured with only the cage's features. My hamsters were able to very easily squeeze through. I put metal locks through the bars of the doors and cage wall to keep it flush and prevent escapes.-Animals smaller than a djungarian hamster may be able to escape through the bars. They are spaced a bit larger apart than a standard small animal cage.-The included water bottle is leaky. Twice in a row I filled it before bed and woke up to it completely empty. Barely squeezing on the sides can cause it to leak water out, making picking it up and putting it in place a little problematic. It also poses a chewing issue if your animal likes to gnaw on plastic. I used my own bottle with a spring wrapped around it to hold it in the pre-made hole.-One of the three included wheels is very very small. Might be good for baby mice at best, but baby mice could easily escape through the bars.

We love this cage for our hammy. She is a Syrian and a little beefier than compared to most. She fits great in the tubes and can travel from top to bottom no problem! The latches are sturdy and the cage is great quality! She never uses the wheels but hopefully one day she will

Man trying to put this together was hard!! The tubs gave me trouble! And the only instructions u get is on a box that is just pictures. I literally start it at 4:18pm and just now finishing at 6:08pm trying to piece the tubs! Nothing is broken, it’s pretty and steady. My hamster is really liking it.

The media could not be loaded.  I loved the three floors, I don’t like having to take the em all off when cleaning them but it’s okay

Horrible. All three doors came broken. There are rough edges everywhere, the tubes do not securely lock together, the doors dont even fully close, the water bottle leaks a steady stream of water, the side pieces are not secure and can easily pop out, allowing your hamster to escape, the “hamster” wheels are for dwarf hamsters and would never fit a normal hamster, the bars bend very easily, all of the clips are extremely flimsy, the instructions were non existant and it took over an hour to put together because nothing securely locks into place, not to mention, THE BOX IT CAME IN WAS FOR A DIFFERENT CAGE. So yeah. Dont buy this. Buy a crittertrail and be happy you didnt waste your money.

I love the levels of the cage, but instructions were horrible. There are not enough tube pieces. We had to steal from our old cage. One of the locks broke when snapping it on. Lucy (hamster) seems to love it. I like how the middle trays attach. So all & all I have a love/hate feeling about this cage.
