I don't know what else to say about these people they were very helpful and now I have my bed back in service. Even though my bed is probably about 10 years old

Easy setup to sync with our bed.

The product replaced one that I had for several years. The price was absolutely ridiculous. It’s just a plastic remote no batteries included. Unbelievable markup will not order from this company again.

Works just like the old one. A little different layout and graphics but does exactly what it's supposed to. Could not expect anymore. It is a little pricey compared to other remotes (like TV), but I am sure the market for these is much smaller and the mfg cost is just as high.

This remote works so well that the vibrations seem to be better.

I returned this product the day I received it without opening it. But it cost $221. Now I will have to spend two hours arguing with Synchrony Bank to get it off my credit card.
