I recently did a review on another item but it was the wrong item. It was intended for this hair. It wasn’t my intent to mislead readers. As follows: I washed the hair before install and air dried it. The hair held its shine and had minimal shedding. I didn’t have to clip any frizzy hair strands during the entire time of wearing the hair with proper care which includes wearing a bonnet at night. It didn’t feel too heavy on my head. I didn’t notice a smell but again, I did wash the hair before use. After, I removed the hair it was still in great condition. I washed it again and plan on using it in the future for another protective hair style. I would definitely recommend this product.

Of all the crochet braiding hair I’ve purchased over the years, this one tops them all. It feels natural, light and beautifully done not tight and feel fake like the others. The length is perfect at 14” and everybody is admiring it. The six pack is more than enough to do a full head, as a matter of fact I have another pack left over because I did not braid my hair small. I highly recommend this hair and I’m looking forward for them to do other colors like blue and purple, my favorite colorsUpdate:Just uninstalled them and it took me less than 15mins. Easy in, easy out. This hair is everything and when washed, will be ready for reinstallation. Go buy the hair😁

This was a great choice for crochet hair. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments and it’s easy to maintain. I did do an ACV wash on the hair before installing. I would suggest ordering 2 packs because there are 6 in a bundle and I used 8 for a fuller look. After wearing for a while the twists start to settle and look more natural instead of bulky. I also like that if I decide to tie them back or use a hair tie the hair does not leave a dent. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because I noticed the hair does shed. Not a lot though. I would definitely order these again and the color is beautiful as well.

For starters, soaked the hair in ACV (apple cider vinegar) prior to having the twist installed today.After reading a number of reviews I decided to purchase 2-six packs. Glad I did because we used 7. The hair appears to be of good quality.It doesn't feel heavy. I wear crochet often. The twist are well defined. They are smedium!!The color is on and poppin'! My braider said it was easy to install. I hope to keep it in at least 4 weeks. Should anything change between now and then I will update the post. BTW I'm 5' 1" and usually rock 18in crochet.

This hair is nice & soft. Twist are a decent size. Did not notice a smell. Some reviews say longer or shorter than expected but I need these for a shorter style & found the 14inch longer than I preferred. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

This hair is light and soft, but it sheds a lot. It's definitely cheaper than crochet hair from the beauty supply stores.

I'm very impressed by these. I ordered these after I read the positive reviews. I received a lot of compliments from people! This is the first time I ever installed crochet mambo twists in my hair. I had both these installed as well as a few from the Janet collection. I'm so glad the majority of my twists are from Dingxiu. I noticed Dingxiu's twists have a smoother and shinier finish compared to Janet's. Also the twists are also a little smaller than Janet's and the ends of the twists also look more realistic because of the way they taper. They aren't the type you can keep stretching until they get longer and that's fine with me.It has been a little over three weeks since I had them in and they still look good. They do get a little fuzzy along the twists (like when little hairs start to stick out) but that is natural thing that happens when twists are worn for a while. I think that actually makes them look more natural. Also, they don't get as fuzzy as the Janet twists. If the little hairs get annoying I think I quick fix is to just trim some of them when there's free time. I'm actually going to try that soon and update my review.Since the loop part of the hair is a little thick, they may require a stronger pull when crocheting if your braids are thin. I had to hold the crochet tool from the metal and not the plastic part.

My first time trying this hair. I must say, This hair is soft, flows beautifully & not itchy. The 350 color is a perfect match. I'm someone who needs more than the 6 packs of hair every time. I only needed the 6 packs this time. For reference I have the 350 color 18 inch.
