Finally found my go-to fuel for long runs! I've been using this maltodextrin powder mainly for my Saturday long runs, and it's been a game-changer. The best part? Unlike other brands that left me with stomach issues, this one sits really well. There's barely any taste to it, which is perfect because I don't want something overly sweet when I'm pushing miles. For my setup, I mix 5-6 scoops in a 500ml flask and take regular sips throughout the run, following each with plain water (though everyone's different, so you'll need to find your own sweet spot). It provides steady energy without any crashes or gut bombs. The price point is reasonable, considering how long the container lasts. Just a heads up - it dissolves better in room-temperature water if you're mixing right before your run. Great value for what you get, especially if you're into endurance sports

This works great for Canna powder. I mix my herbs with oil and add to this to make a powder. It dissolves great in a warm liquid. No smell or taste. Great value for the price. I will buy more.

Very very sticky on your hands. Very clumpy unless you aggressively shake it in a shaker cup with a shaker ball. I add it to my protein cereal sometimes for extra carbs and energy and it's always clumpy and tastes corny but it's not terrible. I probably don't use it the right way tbh. I put 3 scoops in my pre workout and shake it a ton and it mixes great and hardly is noticable taste wise, it does thicken it a bit but I should mention it is also clear/transparent when fully dissolved and shaken, if it is clumpy it will be white. I also had 3 scoops in water once with nothing else and it was the most atrocious thing I've drank in years. I got it all down though but it was a struggle. Good value for money and is easy to use and is effective. Great for taking before or during the gym for a good pump and fuel.
