Works okay but the teflon is not durable
The surface is Teflon but I use PAM spray, no harsh cleaners and no scrubbing. Clean-up is easy for several months but the Teflon started to peal after about six months of use. The coating seems to be failing from the heat. Clean up is easy except for the inside rear. Due to the failing Teflon, I would not recommend this item to a friend.

Great for the whole family
This is so handy and easy to use! Great for when my teens want a hot sandwich! Our whole household uses this regularly. Easy to clean, just wipe down when done, and don't let the mess sit.

Cheap quality product
The lock does not close properly even if it is empty and the general quality of the product is not very good.
