NOT 100% Cotton
I just received these and they are definitely NOT 100% cotton. The base/flaps feel like water-resistant rayon or polyester, and the pad sewn into it is like fleece. I'm returning immediately, AND I'm getting really annoyed at all of these products being presented as 100% ORGANIC COTTON when they're obviously not.

Super Alternative to pads, very convenient.
I find it this product is really great. As I've gotten older I'm becoming more sensitive to menstrual products. My doctor recommended opting for a cotton cloth liner. I thought cotton would stain, results I don't want. I was really surprised that this was not resulting in a huge mess. Very easy, very clean. I love this option. Now let's convert all paper products to Bamboo and save the trees!
