At first, I was a little skeptical of this product, thinking that it was going to be kind of gimmicky and reading some of the reviews I was a bit afraid that it wasn’t gonna work with my iPhone 13 Pro Max, but I can confidently say that using the device with the iPhone adapter sounds great. The headset is loud and clear, and the audio picked up from it on the microphone is clear as well, the base is a little lightweight but if you wanted to do anything to make it a little more weighted, you could probably put some rubber feet or a grip tape on the bottom, and it would be a very good device to have on a desk to give you a home phone feel again.

Cheap unusable junk. Cord is too short, build quality is cheap and functionality is suspect. I threw it away, it wasn't worth the hassle of sending it back.

Keeping the cell phone away from the head is a top priority precaution for me. This product is perfect! It has very clear, strong sound quality, is easy to connect to the iPhone with the addition of the connector (extra cost) and it sits perfectly on the side table or chair arm resting in its cradle. It has a modern sleek look, but is old-fashioned in the way it is used with wires and handset. Protect yourself and get this for your home where you are most likely to have long conversations.

I love this thing - I recently started working from home so was finding I had my cell up to my ear a ton, and then on speaker phone it was always hard to hear people. Handset is great - comfortable to hold and easier to hear.

Very cheap. Short chord. Echo's when on phone. Do not buy this cheap sxxx!

Got this for my grandma who has trouble answering cell phone. Would have worked but it's not loud enough for her older ears. It was too late to return so now it's mine.

It sounds okay, although the connection to the phone is not the best (as you have to use Apple adapter and the connection is scratchy). The thing is super light and feels very China plastic.

I had to buy the adaptor to use it with my iPhone 7 which was just over $7 and it works perfectly. It gives you cords to be able to use it on a variety of devices ranging from the phone to your personal PC & More. It feels and looks really nice and I am using it for business calls on my phone because my speaker is broken and I can't hear the Caller unless I use an speaker device and I hate using the speakerphone. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't have the volume I'd like it to have. I'm hearing impaired and that is the problem, a normal hearing person could hear on it just fine but hearing impaired according to the hearing loss degree may have trouble.
