Global Fish Spatula, Rust Resistant Stainless Steel, Angled Slotted Turner, GS-27

I have used this spatula almost every day since I got it for myself four months ago - after debating a couple of months with myself over the price - blame it on being covid crazy. Now I'm spatula crazy. What I appreciate the most is that it is well balanced and feels sturdy, yet it flexes beautifully just where and when it needs to. The handle looks short, but fits just fine in my (glove) size large hand. It flips fish, eggs and pancakes with equal efficiency. Finally, it is seamless wich means hygenic, never out of fashion in the kitchen. I have bought a lot of Global products over the past 20 (!) years - and they rarely disappoint - this spatula is pleasure to use and another win by Global.

This is a smaller spatula but works great. It has a nice edge to use on cast iron pans. Expensive though so I expect that it will last a long time. The finish is nice.

This product works great and looks incredible. All Global brand products are worth the price. So awesome to use.

Perfectly balanced precision kitchen instruments. Love my Global knives. Culinary schooled brother-in-law gave me my first Global knife 15 years ago. Have been adding them to my collection ever since.

This is quality and sturdy kitchen utensil. It has the structure to flip weighty items. Also, it is really an attractive design with a comfortable handle.

So far I really like it and I should for the money I paid. I'm not sure that is why I like it so much or not. I can say, I also bought the de Buyer turner and I like the Global turner much more because it feels better in the hand. Is it worth the money? I can't say, but the handle won't melt like the Wusthof handle will and I hope because it is of good quality, it won't rust like some cheaper turner reviews stated.

OMG... I can't believe I'm this excited about a FISH TURNER, but I am. This is worth every penny of the Global price. It has enough flexibility to bend under pressure for sliding under items, yet is rigid enough I don't worry about anything falling off. The edge is beveled so it's easy to get under anything- even things stuck to a baking sheet.Oh... and because it's Global... IT'S BALANCED! A freakin' spatula that's properly balanced!! Balance point is right where the logo is printed in the middle, so this is where my thumb and index finger grip. The handle fits completely in my hand, so it becomes an extension of my arm rather than some clumsy tool on the end of a stick.I believe in spending for quality kitchen for anything with a blade or a motor. This falls into the blade category. You won't need another fish turner after this.

Nicely weighted, works for eggs (which is why I bought it) and all one piece. Pricey, but will last for a long time.
