If you've been struggling to find something that resolves your issue or reoccurrence is a problem, then buy this.Thickness and "Greasiness" I'm a man so I would recommend a smaller application if you don't want any uncomfortable movements when walking around. Night application for cool points if you want to wake up in amazement.Longevity it dependable on you. I couldn't tell how long ago I purchased this product so I guess we can take that into consideration for how many applications you have.I don't think I have much pain so I cannot answer about cooling effects when it comes to this product.To summarize: you don't need much and honestly if you can get out of your head about the struggles of having to strain, than one application can really go a long way

have some issues and need relief, heard thy is does the trick paired with sitz baths. This product did nothing, felt like putting on moisturizer. It has witch hazel in it, thought that would be nice, didn’t feel any of it. very disappointed
