I bought these a couple of years ago for my kids and they still have them and play with them almost daily! Who doesn’t love a good puppet show!

Great quality and the kiddos love them!

They are very cute but very small. I was hoping they would fit an adult hand and they do not. My daughter has a very small hand and she could barely get her fingers into the little hands of the puppet. They are sewn really well. They washed up good, but some of the stuffing came out of the head. The stuffing is all sewn together, so you just have to reposition it. If I had paid full price, I would’ve sent them back. They need larger hands for the puppets so you can get your fingers in them.

Bought these Puppets for two charities. They were on sale with a coupon. I enjoy giving. The sale price plus coupon on these Melissa and Doug Puppets enabled me to bless more children than I thought possible. I can take the sets apart and each puppet goes into an Operation Christmas child box. They will have something cuddly and soft and yet can spark their imagination and storytelling skills. I also gave them to our local Veterans Assistance Center. Similar to toys for tots only for our local Veterans living on the edge, to give Holiday gifts to their children. These well-made toys would be good for ages preschool thru eight.

My wife and I were looking for a way to make learning new words more interactive and fun for our baby girl who is just barely over a year old. Flash cards and books have been really good at reinforcing her knowledge. Getting these puppets really allowed her to identify those same animals faster and easier since they were no longer just pictures but animated objects! We loved the quality of these puppets and even fit my XL size hands in them (required a few seconds more than my wife to slip on). My daughter at first was scared of the chicken and the cow but only took a handful of exposures for her to love them all the same. For my nephew who just turned 6months when we got them, he fell in love with all of them! We use these puppets to tell stories and educate my baby girl and nephews. I would highly recommend these puppets to any parents looking to bring more joy and excitement for their kids day to day activities & learning.
