If you like sriracha sauce, this is absolutely fantastic. In true Thai food fashion it has balance between spice, sweet, tart, and savory. This is debated as the absolute original sriracha sauce (long before Huy Fong), and really is decent value. It’s not crazy hot, just super flavorful for bahn mi, noodles, eggs, pizza, almost anything that needs a little extra kick.

I bought this bottle of Sriracha to compare it with the better known Huy Fong Sriracha. Since this Sriracha is actually from Thailand, that makes it the real deal in terms of Sriracha hot sauces. My impression (not being a hot sauce connoisseur) is that it is slightly milder in taste (not in heat) than Huy Fong Sriracha. But there is not a huge difference to me. But my big complaint is the lack of any ability to squeeze out drops with this bottle. If you turn it upside down, nothing comes out. If you try to squeeze the bottle in such a way that only a small amount comes out, a large amount comes out instead. I assume that the regular users of this brand must like to squeeze a lot on their food because there is no in-between amount from nothing to a lot.

Their idea of strong hot and my idea are way out of sync. This product is VERY mild. No heat whatsoever. The taste is similar to the rooster but without the strong garlic bite. It's a very mellow sauce and will not overpower anything you put it it on.

I love this product. Before I found it on Amazon (Thank you Amazon!) I actually bought it on eBay. As you can imagine that was pretty hit or miss. This product has a sweet and subtle flavor it the more familiar rooster does not possess. I still use the Rooster, but I have begun to use this product more. This is the second time I’ve ordered it on Amazon, and this time it includes a gift for a friend who is a fellow foodie and was blown away By the product. Delivery has been reasonable and as promised. Please continue to carry this product Amazon. Thank you

Talk about inflation shrinkage! Good stuff. Now twice as expensive for less than half of what you used to get.

This stuff is my stupid expensive must have at least one extra bottle on hand sauce!!! I can’t even begin to tell you how much more I love this!!!

I recently ventured outside of 'standard' mainstream US hot sauces in search of something new and/or at least different. I bought 3-4 random bottles solely based on Amazon reviews. That is why I feel compelled to write this review. This sauce is probably my favorite so far; it is delicious and worth the wait (direct from Thailand as noted in other reviews.) It packs a modest (to less) amount of heat, but it is the subtle underlying flavors that will make me buy more when this bottle is gone. Tasty. Good vendor and well packaged shipment too, FWIW.
