This is the best product I have ever used so far. I have been takin it for about 11 months now and I have lost 160 lbs. It does work. The trick is to keep your daily calorie intake at 1000-1100 calories per day meaning sayin no to sugar, fast food and carbs( well u can have a slice of bread) and do a little bit of cardio daily- in my case I walk my 100lbs dog twice a day 30-45 min each time. I have used this at 3 instances in my life to help me with diet management and weightloss motivation. Works very effectively. But you have to use these as a supplement to diet control and regular exercise. It helps you lose 1.5 times the pounds you would have lost without the pills.

I only use one once a day and it works fine, I see I don’t gain weight on my regular diet which is small meals a day. I only use it to loose a few pounds. Do not upset my stomach
