Pride & Prejudice

I am rating the Masterpiece Library Edition of the book, not the story itself. This book is absolutely EXQUISITE!!! It looks beautiful, but also it is made to be read and reread and passed down through generations. The paper is THICK quality paper, the print is well spaced and easy to read and line-matched, the binding is sewn, not glued. The only slight improvement/suggestion is the ribbon marker could be a tiny bit longer, but that is a very minor thing, does not take away from a stunning book. It just arrived today, and already I've added 5 more books made by this publisher to my Christmas wish-list (and several others to my saved-for-later cart!). The quality is that good, the book is that beautiful. A magnificent gift to give to yourself or someone you love, it will be treasured for many, many years to come.

I love this company, I have many journals from them and they are great quality and this book is no exception. It has the beautiful binding and foil pages along with easy to read text. It makes a great addition to any bookshelf and for the great price, can be easily given as gifts for any booklover. Very happy with this purchase.

Great quality, beautiful book. The only issue is that the binding is very stiff so it’s difficult to read, this is more of a showcase book, while I would recommend a different version for reading…

Very pretty book. This is one of my favorite books so I bought a hard copy to keep out on my mantle. They are, however, a little stiff, so probably would not be the best to actually use for reading.

The book came in great condition, with no torn or folded pages. It was covered in plastic wrap for protection as shown in the photo/video. The cover is great quality and a deep green, and the gold foil lettering is clear and well-defined. Very beautiful for those who love collecting classics.

A no-frills yet beautiful edition of a classic novel. High quality paper and a lovely binding. Compares well with more expensive editions from the likes of Folio, Everyman's Library, Penguin Clothbound Classics, and so forth.

This.is a beautiful hardbound book! Even better than the picture shows. So happy I purchased this one!

Not much else to say for the price. The book seems to be well put together.

Llego antes de la fecha programada bien empacado sin ningún daño, el trabajo de la cubierta es muy bueno es de lino, con la oferta del 10% si compras 2 libros es una ganga (pasta dura, grande) yo adquirí eses y jane eyre de la misma editorial, nunca he entendido x que la gente usa libros (que no ha leido que no saben de q se tratan) como decoración, habiendo tantos libros maravillosos como estos en pasta dura, estos libros sustituirán a mis versiones viejitas y usadas, el libro en sí es fantástico y leerlo en el idioma original es genial, altamente recomendable
