For Long term use
I have used multiple creams, lotions etc. over the last ten years and yes even got prescriptions from doctors for pills and shots. However, this is the only product that I have found that actually works to keep my psoriasis under control. I don't care for the smell of it even after all this time, but it works well the itching is gone, not greasy, and it is a value for the money.

Works for me
I used to suffer from very itchy dried skin on my forehead and eye lids. My doctor recommended a prescription but that only worked temporarily. After using this for a week, it cured tmy skin problem. I now use it almost every day. The coal smell of this product is tolerable but the dried, itchy, and peeling skin was not.
