This phone works perfect - the features and HD voice call quality is the best of any phone I have ever used. I use 'nextiva' for our home office, and it was easily configured by them in a few minutes. and it works great. I did research on several different types and models, and I think this was the best choice - and from using it for a while now, it was a good choice. I'm going to buy another one.*NOTE that this didn't come with the power supply (as most don't) and it's not 100% necessary, if you plug it into the back of your computer for example. but I did purchase the power supply separately I like it best just having it plugged into my outlet strip so it's always on whether my computer is on or not).

I got these phones in the mail. I had to order the plugs to power them. Turns out that they were drop-shipped and not fully factory reset. I could not get any of the phones to work with Ringcentral. I am returning all of the units. Customer service was nice but the product was a total fail- these phones were not factory reset!

I was able to easily add this to our Ring Central account by contacting customer support. It was unlocked and ready to go

These phones are excellent. However, I am pretty sure that you will have issues trying to provision these devices with your provider. All you need to make sure of is to disable all the SKYPE integration setting (Interface and Login option), which remains active even after Factory Reset...It took a few hours first, and the three calls to the PBX company to resolve.

The phone works! Hard to setup with RingCentral, took 4 hours to setup with RingCentral, had to get tier two help

Blue tooth did not connect. had to purchase another phone.
