Durable (read desc for preventing warping)
Very good pegboards, of course, they will warp if you apply heat onto them so if you don't want them to warp, I recommend using the tape method on your projects :) The tape method is very easy to do and it does not mess up your projects at all! I use masking tape :D

Great for making your own pattern
We like these because my son does a picture of pixel art on graph paper. Then he puts the clear over top and can do that design. Possibilities are endless that way. And with interlocking boards he can make bigger designs.The ones we got were a little bowed, but we made it work. Maybe over time they’ll flatten. 🤷🏻♀️

Good boards but watch for defects.
I've bought a lot of these boards from Amazon and other stores as well. This product is ok if you use the ironing method but just be aware that you'll be replacing boards frequently due to the plastic warping. My biggest beef with these boards is that occasionally I will get a package that has "defective" boards that don't fit/snap together like they should. I typically fix this by sanding them down until they fit together, but be aware of this, especially if you don't use the tape method for your Perler projects since this can cause air to get underneath the boards while ironing, and cause them to bubble up/warp worse than typical warping from use. My first big project was almost ruined by this.Bottom line is use the taping method if you want these boards to last for a while, and save yourself some money in the process.

We can choose the size of our project
These perler bead boards work great! We have mostly used a single board, but we have also used two boards together for a little larger project. We have a few other perler bead boards and for whatever reason, I feel like these boards are easier to use than others when it gets to the ironing stage of the projects. My six year old likes creating using these boards and her perler beads and with multiple boards, we can both work on a project at the same time.
