Thera Cane Massager Blue - 2 Pack

My physical therapist recommended this theracane for me to use to alleviate neck and back pain. I tried hers, and I ordered it right away. It assists in reaching difficult spots on back/neck etc., and you can apply the pressure you like. Easy to handle, gives relief, durable and well made, good value; I highly recommend. It even comes with directions how to use it for pain relief.

This is my 2nd Therea Cane, the first one was left at my son's house several states away. He liked it so I ordered this oneYou can buy cheaper canes with more knobs on them but I like this one because it has fewer and they are in the right place to efficiently message muscles, joints, and apply pressure to knotted muscles. I like to squeeze a small blob of my favorite muscle rub on the ball and work that in to the exact spot you otherwise wouldn't be able to reach. And this is made in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! I love to buy American especially when it's a better design and better product.

Sturdy, well made and reaches all the spots. Now i can hit a sore muscle in just the right spot and get near instant relief. Have mostly tried it on my upper back and shoulders so I cant speech to all the other applications but im guessing it does a great job on low back too. Definitely worth the price and would highly recommend before a lot of other "massagers" that just cant reach some areas.

When you feel a knot in your back or shoulder muscles use this for accupressure on the spot for 10 to 15 seconds and feel the knot slip away. You can adjust the pressure to fit your need of comfort. You can start firm and relax as the pain drifts away. A good price for a sturdy tool. No bending at all.
