Sunnydaze Quilted Outdoor Hammock with Spreader Bars - Heavy-Duty 450-Pound Capacity Double Hammock for Outside - Mountainside

I am singing the praises for not only this wonderful hammock, but for the company which sells this hammock - Sunnydaze! This hammock is made sturdy and beautiful, in fact my previous one lasted about 10 or fifteen years! I ordered this particular hammock on Sept 1st. After the initial return period that Amazon has, I noticed an issue with the hammock and contacted Sunnydaze directly through email. Within 5 days, I had my replacement hammock!!!!! Super customer service! I am very impressed with them, as a company and will definitely purchase with them in the future. Thanks, Sunnydaze for great products and great customer service!!

Sturdy and comfy!!

Great quality. Holds a lot of weight. Easy to set up and even easier to relax for the whole family

Nice hammock for the price but don't expect the hammock to last more than a few summers. We bought ours in summer of 23 and brought it in for the winter, did the same last summer, brought it out yesterday and after one day out there were two stress rips on either side of the hammock by the ropes in the middle. Probably doesn't help that there was a teenager using it like a swing and not like a hammock, so I guess I can't totally blame the hammock or the manufacturer. Until that point it was pristine. The fabric doesn't fade terribly and the ropes holding the hammock have done quite well. So if you use it as you should you might expect a longer life out of the product.

Awesome, awesome, great product, great quality and soo comfortable. I have the stand alone hammock- make sure you chain it to the top link and be careful disembarking.

Edit- material is also very slippery. Difficult to get on and off safely or re-adjust when lounging. Adults and kids have slipped off this and gotten injured on the hammock stand support underneath. Use with caution. Compared to our other woven weather-resistant hammock we shall see how long this lasts. The material is less strudy and doesn't appear as weather resistant. Colors are as vibrant as shown and we have the one with the long pillow that attaches with the buttons. Where the pillow attaches is below the wooden bar which further shortens the length of hammock space for the user. The real issue though is that we can't actually use it right away. The chains attached to the hammock (as the photos suggest) do not have hooks, while normally this isn't a problem, it's a few inches shorter than say LLBean hammock so the existing chains with hooks on the hammock stand plus the entire length of each chain length at each end of the hammock need to be used and still we are several inches short of connecting with the stand successfully - and that's without any weight on the hammock/not accounting for sag. Unlikely to order from this seller again due to the shortcomings. When I find additional pieces at the hardware store to complete the hammock setup we'll see how long that fabric lasts.

UPDATE: The sellers contacted me and offered me a full refund. So if this doesn’t seem like a common problem then maybe it’s worth it knowing there’s a chance they’ll refund you if it doesn’t hold up. (Adding an extra star since they reached out) Has not held up well. It’s still holding on, but it looks like the wood has molded unless someone else knows what all the black is. I’ll try to add a picture later. It was great support when we used it and easy to attach to our hammock stand, and fit two of us pretty well. Just didn’t even last a couple months before it started getting mold all over it (I believe). We leave it outside, so maybe it’s not meant to be left outside? I’m not sure but personally I would find something better suited for an outdoor environment year round.

very pleased with our new hammock. fabric is soft, stretcher bars appear strong, fits the old stand we had from original hammock (measure carefully if you buy a new hammock swing, not the stand) and installs in seconds. Perfecto! Only thing missing is my martini and a nap, but those will arrive tomorrow.

Good quality hammock, nicely finished, pretty blue striped fabric, sturdy hardwood bars. The attached pillow is very generous. The fabric seems durable and easily repels dust and falling forest debris. However, that same slick surface means that you need to take extra care getting in and out of the hammock. It’s hard to stop sliding around and once in, you will inevitably slide to the lowest point. I think we will eventually adjust and for the price, it’s definitely worth 4 stars.
