A good buy.

Liked it very much.

I picked this from the “Use” section and I’m surprised that though it’s for the old paper look, it’s in absolutely perfect condition (like as good as new, except with yellow paper). The book is quite too the point for prescribing and but I look forward to studying this in more detail.

My one word answer is its outstanding book..

Besides explaining succinctly the philosophy behind Bach Flower therapy, and the methods of preparation and taking the remedies, the book gives detailed descriptions of the 38 remedies. The spiritual and psychological benefits to be derived from the treatment are clearly analyzed and explained. The descriptions are illustrated with brief practical examples. A useful feature of the book is the summary, at the end of each chapter, of the main symptoms associated with each remedy, both negative and positive.
